Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping is complimentary on all Canadian orders.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days once your order has been confirmed.

Made-to-order items are handwoven individually after your purchase. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

If you require an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Each throw is carefully packaged to arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been dispatched, Fillion Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
