Refund & Exchanges

At Fillion Atelier, we encourage thoughtful purchases. Each throw is handwoven individually in small quantities, and we are happy to answer any questions before you place an order. If you change your mind, you may return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all original packaging and the certificate of authenticity included.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@fillionatelier.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days to the original method of payment. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
